Clean, new, and well-ventilated room. Excellent mattress and silent AC. Convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby. Helpful and responsive staff. Good value for the price.

Loved EVERYTHING about this place. Very new hotel. Friendly reception team. Free drink from café Amazon on arrival. Allowed early check in which was good. Room was great. Big safety deposit box. Kettle with coffee etc. Fridge with mini bar. Bathroom great with double head shower.
Don't have any issues at all.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for me as it was on a busy tourist street with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It was also within walking distance to transportation options like the SkyTrain and subway, making it very convenient to explore the city. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. They spoke good English and were always available to help with any requests. Lastly, the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a safety deposit box and a kettle. The attention to detail in the rooms, such as the double head shower and the frosted glass walls, added a quirky touch to my stay. I found this hotel to be great value for money and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
